These Terms of Use apply to your use of POMOLOCK, a focus timer and app blocker for iPhone. By using POMOLOCK, you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Use of the app

POMOLOCK provides focus timer, task planning, app blocking, notification, widget, and productivity insight features. Features may change over time as the app is updated.

App blocking limitations

App blocking depends on Apple system permissions, device settings, iOS behavior, and the selections you configure. POMOLOCK is a productivity tool and should not be used as a safety, emergency, medical, legal, or security-critical system.

Subscriptions and purchases

If POMOLOCK offers premium features, purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple ID account settings.

License

POMOLOCK is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license is provided through App Store Connect, your use of POMOLOCK is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. See the EULA page for details.

No guarantee

POMOLOCK is provided as a productivity tool. We do not guarantee specific productivity, health, academic, or business outcomes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse POMOLOCK, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law, attempt unauthorized access to related services, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as POMOLOCK changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
